I am thinking of managing a Single A team after some of the job offers I am getting. If I pick a team with team No. 1 prospects in starting pitching, should there be a system of how best to keep the No. 1 from being overused or subject to injury? Is positioning within the rotation any help, whether I start him as the No. 1 or the No. 3 or 4 starter?
