Immersive storyline quickstarts. Think of them almost like OOTP story DLC. They could plunk you down in a what-if moment from history (what if the Player's League had succeeded? What if the color barrier had fallen earlier? What if the '94 strike had been averted?) or something purely fictional (anything from a commissioner who's out to get you to a field-of-dreams style team of legends appearing in the modern day) and drop you in not just with the correct rosters, but with local papers with detailed stories, and storyline events that could pop up and need to be dealt with, and communication with players that goes beyond the shallow level.
It'd take a ton of work, but frankly, that's the kind of thing I'd be willing to pay extra for.
