Geelong has a massive baseball community down here and most of the Melbourne Aces fan would be from here. (Aces need to move to the city I believe irl). The Greater Geelong area has almost a population of 250k, which fill the 30,000 Geelong Cats stadium every game.
I would add maybe Newcastle and Wollongong. I know that gives NSW 3 teams and all other states 1 but NSW state population is 7.6 million which is way more then the next with Victoria 2nd at 5.9 million followed by QLD with 4.7 million.

Geelong will definitely be in consideration in the future, as well as the loser of Newcastle/Wollongong. I love the regional rivalries that could happen with either of those without expanding borders. Auckland could also be in play in the future. Auckland may even be in play this round.
