What about minors though? If you move, say LA Dodgers, to Baseball Competitive League (down from MLB) do you have to move ALL levels of minors as well? OR do you just do a massive reserve roster? AND if you DO the reserve roster, do rookies get better as time progresses as they would if they were in minors getting playing time? I LOVE the PRO/REL idea but havent found a way to do it thats very easy
