MiLB to me is far more challenging. I give up almost every year because I'll always be a MGR in the NY-Penn League and I'll have like 5 Catchers, none of which can play anything other then C or 1B in LF, SS & 3B. Commiit like 5 errors every game. Then I'll have 3 SP and 11+ RP. I can;t get more then 3 innings out of any of the RP who start a game. Eventually my pen will be exhausted. Then the GM will grab my best players and i have to do it all over again.
