i believe the All in one works with OOTP 17, just the name hasn't been changed.

in case you need it (sounds like you don't, but just in case - or for anyone else needing it ....) - here's a link on how to set up the mods server ... wherein lies the all-in-one. The link is for PC and not Steam. Hopefully it helps.
