Get everything the way that you want it. Then, before you start, save a backup of your league file.
Every time you want to start a new season, restore from that backup, then just slightly re-name the new save, (i.e. 2016 season v. 1, 2016 season v. 2, etc.) You'll essentially be starting over each time.
I do this at the start of each season. I run the current season about 20 times or so just to see what happens.
