I find that this works well against an owner whom is lacking of gratitude. You can click 'MLB>News>Write News. This will allow you to write your own article in the League Newspaper. You can start off with one word 'test' and a title of some kind and check out the League Newspaper to make sure you did the right steps in order before you create your REAL article. Your real article should include, of course, your team's achievements, along with the lack of gratitude displayed by your owner. Write about your displeasure, why the tires of his Rolls Royce parked in the back of his house (place address here) are flat. And for him to check out that his prize dogs and horse are missing. And if his daughter is late from school (name school here). And if you are afraid of ramifications by the owner, write the article from a reporter's point of reference citing anonymous sources. Trust me your owner will be on his toes from here on in.
Remember once your article has been written all the other GM's will be at home sitting around the fireplace with their loved ones and reading about what a crummy excuse of a human being that you, your staff, and players poured their hearts for this past year.
Trust me, you will feel better.
BTW, the League Newspaper is a wonderful outlet in case you want to write obituaries as well. (This usually does not take long after your original article was written) I have gone so far as including my own set of goals I expect from the deceased in his afterlife.
