Why Fremantle? You need more "West Coast representation", there's already lots of teams over in the Eastern States, it'll be a rivalry for the Heat (every other team bar Perth and Auckland have at least one other team in their state), and WA is the spiritual home of baseball in Australia (look at all the big leaguers from WA).
Enough reasons? I can give you more if you wish. Call them the Captains (after Capt. Arthur Fremantle) and you can even keep the nautical theme.
