The TBD on 763-764 was a placeholder. I have a series of small B&W images from the 1964 White Sox camp without access to that group for a few days, and wasn't sure based only on memory if that were he, Bob Guzek, Bob Gordon, or a couple of other guys.
The first black and white image is of Russo, the second (for comparison) is Jim Golden taken the same day, and the color one is KB 763 of Russo.
Russo spent two years in the Sox farm system and the '64 camp with the big club. Here's a link to a list of invitees which will include very obscure names that are very familiar to us who know the Topps vaults:

Russo didn't appear in a game after spring training 1964. Injury? Military Service? No clue: he seems to drop off the radar even in such archives as Newspapers.com:
