On the one hand, in its current iteration and knowing you, it will provide more annoyance than reward. Turn it off.
On the other, realize it's the marginal influence that it is and treat the larger picture; don't sweat the details. For instance- I alluded to this in the other thread -I acquired, knowingly, a 'cancer.' Shortly thereafter, fired the existing and hired a new Bench Coach who didn't take any crap from anyone. Weeks into the season, troubles had ceased to exist. In fact, my player's description has even changed.
In the event the culprit was unknown, I'd have done one of two things: either the very same thing OR ignored it. The impact of a disgruntled email's contents and its correlation to any significant effect on my team are not relevant enough to merit a reaction from me. That's based on my style of management AND my knowledge of the game components. FWIW
