You need to find the team cancers. You can locate this information in the scouting report at the very bottom of their mental makeup. Also look at their BNN page and look at their personality profile. The culprits are usually marked as lazy, selfish, players who "dog it". Usually they will have low marks in leadership, intelligence, loyalty and work ethic. While scoring high in greed. Once you find those players it is very wise to get rid of them. You will also need to find proven leaders to add onto your roster. They score high in leadership, work ethic, intelligence and loyalty. In the scouting report they will usually be labeled as leaders of the clubhouse. It is extremely important to have a handful of leaders on your team to calm down any rebellions in your clubhouse.
