So, a few thoughts:
OOTP is NOT a "replay" engine, so when you play a season, there's no guarantee it's going to mimic real life exactly. That said, obviously your team is doing significantly worse than their real-life counterpart. Don't underestimate the losses caused by your injuries. Those are some significant injuries! If you had two 20-game winners potentially, and replaced them with pitchers who are 10-game winners, that's a possible 20-game swing right there. (Fuzzy logic at best, but you get the idea.)
Offensively, in real life, Seattle is 12th in AVG, 12th in OBP, 8th in SLG, 8th in OPS. Not worlds apart from what you are reporting.
Another thing you can do is look at your Pythagorean Record (PYT). I believe it's on the Standings screen. If your PYT record is better than your real life record, it's an indicator that you are a bit "snake bit" and just having a tough run this year.
All MLB players are hand-rated by individuals. The game doesn't know who Cano is, for example. It's possible that players in real-life are simply out- or under-performing how they were rated in OOTP.
At the end of the day, this is why many people enjoy playing in fictional leagues - it frees you from the expectation that your players will perform a certain way. Not saying you should switch, of course, if this is what you enjoy...
As far as adjusting, well, there's not much you can do unless you just want to "cheat" and improve the ratings of your players through the in-game editor, or something like that.
Good luck!
