I like the idea of hiring my own....but I am going to suggest in v18 we make some more staff changes, building on what was implemented in 17. One of the suggestions I plan on bringing my up, is a way to filter your search for staff based on interest. So if you are looking for a pitching coach to fill a vacancy with you A- team, you can automatically see which coaches would be interested, and go from there. This will make it much easier to do this process on your own.
