So I edited 4 players. 2 were edited for high potentials, 2 for low potential but high ratings.
In both cases the values used were the same. So the 190 potential guy (Urbina) would match the 190 actual guy (Francisco)

Players chosen
Urbina (HR potential), Glover (contact potential)
Francisco (Hr actual), Mooris (contact actual)

As you can see by the next chart, Urbina and Glover smoke the league, while the other 2 do not. Francisco still had a high average even though his potential home runs were down due to high contact potential.
Perhaps the most interesting is Mooris. His actual stats were for a .399 average, yet in the HS feeder he could only hit .176 because his potential ratings were for around a .220 hitter.

So I think this test sums up how the stats for feeder leagues are generated.
