This is more or less the same as the question about getting the World Baseball Classic put in.
You could KIND OF pretend... change the A-Short Season or Arizona/Gulf Coast Leagues to use the names/logos of the collegiate leagues. I find the rookie teams boring so I often change them to old Class D leagues or something.
