Wow.. been a GIMP and PSP 7.0 user for years. Both programs pretty much have a higher learning curve to do simple things if you don't use the programs often. Downloaded paint.net and in minutes I was doing things without needing to go to the help screen. The on-line help is great and if you find that you need some high end features that don't come with the program they have an extensive library of plug-ins written by the user community. I literally downloaded some user created plugins and have pretty much duplicated the features I have in PSP and GIMP. I highly recommend this program.

This is by far the easiest program for graphics that I have ever used. I am not usually this impressed by FREE software.
