I used the Latin American region, but that shouldn't have been a problem since the DR is in that region.
I don't know why it didn't work for me. I'm certain I had limit on league nationality.
Where you able to get non-Dominicans from the region (i.e. Puerto Ricans) still in the league, or was it Dominicans only?
