I'm going to try to learn how to make transparencies so I don't have to impose on you guys.

I see where Microsoft has a Paint.net software... it's supposed to be free.

I have Paint on my new computer, but it doesn't have a "magic wand".

Several questions:

Will Paint.net create transparencies?
The video makes it look very easy and simple, especially for the technologically challenged like me.

Is it free?

Does it download any bloatware that will alter your computer?
