i don't think that's in the financials settings page... double check it and the manual.

btw, 90hr and 512k is due to your modifiers being too high. constant adjustment shouldn't be required if it's in the right proportion. if you are getting escalating statistics, it's due to some other setting(s). if it's on purpose, then you would need to constantly adjust modifiers... use the check box to auto-calc them yearly.
