Still a problem on my MacBook Pro. Just had my 1913 rookie draft in Nov. and Ruth went 2nd round. I've notice some very good players in the previous years draft not being drafted in the 1st round (going 2nd or 3rd round) that were selected early 1st round in OOTP 16.
Bummer, makes game almost unplayable unless I just let the AI draft for me. I guess I'll go back to OOTP 16 or just stop playing for awhile.
Yes I do have pre-defined value check, base potential on entire career selected.
