what stats result are based on ratings and the modifiers.

my best guess,

so, they will perform as they are rated relative to modifiers just like all other players in that league's operating rules. i would go based on whichever "Schedule" it is showing up under. if it's league A, then it will be league A's modifiers.

turn off ratings relative to league to see the 'real' ratings. you can then determine how they will perform across leagues more easily. you don't have to make this a permanent change, but it can definitely help you learn exactyl what you are asking.
