Something corrupted. There is no fix other than a fresh install, so delete and reinstall and the issue should go away.

There's a variety of reasons that it could be happening. First thought is it trying to save at the same time? That happened to me. Change when it's saving. Make sure to submit a ticket, as that is the best way to get help: Submit a ticket - Powered by Kayako Help Desk Software

If you're looking for the quickest fix though, try quitting your team and see if the computer rights whatever the error is causing the crash then rejoin after you move to the next day. Not saying this will work, but may be worth an attempt. Consider making a 2nd save file just in case something goes off though.

You may also want to try Verifying the Game Cache through Steam. Occasionally I have to do that with other Steam games.
