A couple of housekeeping things before we get started. Settings-wise, most things are remaining at their default levels with a few exceptions.

As I've seen a couple other dynasties try, I'm going to gradually increase the trade frequency as the season goes on, from Very Low in April through to Very High for the second half of July for the trade deadline. Once the deadline passes, it'll go back down to Very Low until the next season.

I'll be trying out 10/40/30/20 evaluation settings, my first attempt at going with settings that aren't the default, so I'll be curious to see how that changes things.

Apart from that, the only other thing I did was turn International Scouting Discoveries, Established International Free Agents and Independent League Free Agents all on to Very Low. Historical minors are on, but no other major leagues. Now we get to see how things play out.
