Just had a pitcher throw one pitch, give up a home run and leave the game injured. The pitch was credited to the guy who relieved him.

So there's a pitcher who gave up a home run but didn't throw any pitches or allow any runs and everything but the home run was charged to the pitcher who had nothing to do with it.
