if you still have the license number you got when you purchased the game (you get 2 when you buy) and only installed on one computer, you can download the program and use that license again. (You said there was no way to access old computer to unlicense it, darn!! - that would be too easy ...)
hopefully you still have that license .... if not, the guys at OOTP will probably be able to help. i recall someone not having the number and tech or finances or someone helped them .... good luck.
