I was getting worried about my league. Scouting off, all of a sudden there seemed to be massive drops in some ratings.It seemed like a bug.
I don't remember doing it but in settings (all player ratings displayed relative to.....) was checked and had it relative to my major league. It might have checked by itself when I started with '17, since I've seen things like that happen before.
Screenshot posted shows the changes getting back to where they were for one of my major league players.
Everything seems good now, I'm happy there was a thread about this so I was able to fix my game.
