Problem: The screen cursor doesn't allow me to assign a team to a new GM at the ML Level...AAA and AA choices are activated by the cursor but the highest level of the organization will not 'appear'. It acts like something is 'blocking' it.

Action taken: I've tried a variety of different screen size appearance but it does not work. I had the same issue in 16 with this pc (a new HP Spectre laptop). Here is the screen shot.

Note: I withdraw this request. There was an oddity in that part of the game considered me an active manager tracking my record even though it appeared I was not managing a team. Simply put the drop down menu wouldn't drop because it didn't acknowledge that any ML teams were open. My friend help me delete and reassign roles and it appears to now be fixed, although I'll never understand what actually happened.
