Trades are enabled - very easy, very high frequency.
On the Functions page, I set all teams to AI control.
I also set all computer teams to allow AI roster changes.
I then played through March and April.
Nope, not a single trade! Frustrating.
(As an aside, and it probably has nothing to do with this, but I do keep getting a box pop up that says, "0 minor league players have been deleted..." Yet I have no minors.)
