Completely agree, I saw that improved sim speed was on the way and happily plopped down my money as a primary fictional player.
And as for the 'draft choices are busts more often than not', that's very accurate to real life baseball. If you have a draft class of 40 players in the MLB and 5 of them become everyday starters you did a pretty damn good job.
