August 15: 6-1 vs Angels. Nate Karns pitched very well over 8 1/3 innings.
August 16: 4-1 vs Angels. Mike Montgomery gave the M's seven solid innings, and Robinson Cano hit his 23rd home run. Steve Cishek collected save #52.
August 17: 13-1 vs Angels. Kyle Seager homered twice, reaching 28 on the season, and drove in five.
August 18: 11-5 vs Angels. Leonys Martin homered and drove in three in the easy win.
August 19: 6-5 vs Brewers, 14 innings. Adam Lind grounded into a double play to kill a ninth-inning rally, but Nelson Cruz hit a sac fly to end the game some time later. Martin sprained his elbow and will miss a week.
August 20: 8-2 vs Brewers. Robinson Cano homered and scored four runs.
August 21: 8-5 vs Brewers, 10 innings. Seager homered twice and drove in four, and Adam Lind hit a walk-off three-run homer.
