We have just released the latest update of OOTP 17, version 17.9.59. The public beta (17.9.57) of this update proved to be pretty stable, but we still did a few fixes & tweaks since then, so everyone who installed the beta should install this update now as well.

EDIT: we released a hotfix today: 17.9.60 - it fixes a problem with the WAR stats

Here is the complete changelist (compared to update #6, version 17.8):
- Improved 2016 MLB roster sets, for example error corrections, added lots of player histories, fine-tuned international league rules (need to start new game for changes to apply)
- Improved 3D Animations (foul balls, cutoff relays, ground balls etc.)
- Updated 3D infielder positioning
- Modified fatigue calculations for relievers
- Improved trading AI speed
- Improved free agent AI and free agent AI speed
- Adjusted trade AI for injured players
- Fixed case where inaugural draft demands were wrong if playing with 0 ratings value AI evaluation
- Fixed problem where text data was not uploaded in online league file
- Fixed underflow case if league stats modifiers were incorrectly specified
- Fixed case where extreme high scoring games can continue forever
- Fixed bug where coach list filter items were causing application to exit
- Fixed budget calculations if using a hard salary cap
- Fixed finances for rescheduled games that switched home teams
- Clarified warmup for RTS games
- Unaffiliated college teams no longer give pro service to players
- Fixed several small bugs and cosmetic issues

Since the public beta (17.9.57) we have fixed the following:
- Corrected OPS+ for park factors
- Fixed 3D bug where balls would get past the outfield walls
- Fixed cases where throws would stop before reaching the intended player in 3D
- Fixed instances where the PbP did not match the 3D ball location
- Fixed error where waiver trades were not getting processed
- Fixed error where action would start before PBP pre-amble completes
- Fixed team top prospect lists

Update Info: To apply the update, simply download the setup file and install it over your current installation. There is no need to uninstall or unlicense your current copy! However, you should quit the game before installing it, of course. updates always contain all the changes from previous updates. Saved games are compatible between different versions.
