I started an MLB historical game in 1915. I ran it up until 1959, at which point I went in and added a Japanese League.

I've continued on and am now in the middle of the 1964. I went back and checked on the Japanese league and it's still stuck in 1959. I know that some American free agents signed with Japanese teams, but it doesn't even look like they've held the amateur draft yet.

What did I do wrong?
