I've never seen it happen without receiving an e-mail from the medical staff, but yeah, I've had a guy go from out 5 weeks with a rotator cuff to being out the remainder of the season after 5 or 6 "isn't healing as fast as expected". Cost me my managerial job. I'd never realized that no one ever healed faster... that'd be a nice addition, definitely.

I do like the idea to have a medical staff available with coaches and scouts as well.
