I believe the breakdown is as follows:
Red: Very Weak
Yellow: Average/Below Average
Green: Above Average/Strong
Blue: Excellent
So if you have blue Pros and yellow Minors for SP it means your current starters at the pro level are fantastic, but you don't currently have any highly regarded starting pitching prospects.
This gives you a good idea what to offer when you're looking to deal with a team.
FYI my color valuations are based off of what I have seen. I could be off, but it usually seems to match what I listed above.
