I would need a detailed instruction list on how to do that. I'm not the most computer savvy guy, so I hope I can do it.
Before I do that though, one thing I might try(if no other Steam user comes forward to give it try) is to install the game on my laptop. If I do so using Steam and the same problem exists, then it's a Steam issue. If it works the way it should it's a ME issue.
