I simmed 50 years in a fictional test league (24 teams) and I found an unusual discovery...

Of the 45 people inducted into the Hall of Fame over that time, 15 of them were either into the league as an international free agent, or just showed up and signed a minor league deal with the team they were with - meaning, a third of the HOFers weren't even from the draft.

To me that seems oddly high. I only have 'generate international amateur free agents' at 'default (24 per year).

Granted, I haven't played a ton of solo OOTP the last few versions but I am wondering if anyone else has witnessed this?
