As for the AI, I understand that part. I was wondering, though, if it's possible to set my coach to set up tactics, gameplans, etc... I'd like to be able to set up lineups, promote/demote, scratch/dress players, but the head coach to actually coach the games. What you want to do then is go to Manager Tab at the top, and under the BASICS heading, click Manager options. In the bottom right hand corner you should see options for you or your Assistant to control things. You make those choices.
