Admittedly this was on MLBM 2015 rather than MLBM 2016, but in one of my games there was a 4-way tie for the second NL wildcard spot between Atlanta, Miami, Mikwaukee and San Diego. The way the game solved it was a 1-game tiebreaker between Atlanta and Miami. They were seemingly picked on alphabetical order - Milwaukee and San Diego were eliminated without playing! The Braves won the tiebreaker and advanced to the NLDS.
