Sounds very strange and is doubtless super frustrating. Sorry about that! I've never heard of this before, must be something weird going on.
What actually happens when you click load or continue? Is the save showing up and just not loading, or not showing up or what?
Ultimately, your best bet will be to get in touch with tech support
here. They'll be able to help you out.
