I apologize if this has been discussed but what is the best way to handle teams with multiple rookie leagues (short of consolidating them). I don't usually play "real" leagues and have always just stuck to fictional leagues with 5 levels so I'm at a bit of a loss now that I am trying to take over the Braves with their 3 rookie teams.

Is there a hierarchy among these teams? For example should the Appalachian team have a higher caliber of player than the Gulf Coast or Dominican? I'm trying to play as GM only so I don't really want to designate this to my assistant as then I wouldn't have much to do. Definitely out of my comfort zone of GM & Manager of a fictional team here...
