I turn it off, and I did so before the Venezuelan and Dominican summer leagues were added to the majors. I don't miss it at all, and as some have noted I appreciate not getting bombarded with departing coach messages at the end of the season.
I haven't seen versions with no ratings at all; that seems impossible to me. I hope those of you that enjoy the feature get some changes made.
