Starting a Red Sox game with MLB quicksave. Follow along for some fast gameplay and lots of screenshots. I sim most of my seasons with control of my lineups and staff.

Settings:
- Ratings Scale: 1-20
- Scouting: Average
- AI Evaluation: 25/40/25/10
- Trade: Hard/Heavily Favor Prospects
- Batter and pitcher aging speed: .310
- Batter and pitcher dev speed: 1.300
- Talent Change - 100
- Automatic League Evolution Disabled
- Complete Coaching Disabled
- Injury Frequency - Normal

The league settings are according to Spanish Lefty in the Annual Settings Thread and is said to portray most accurately modern day MLB. Trading is on heavily favor prospects because it keeps the league competitive for smaller teams.
