Silvam, I've found a free program called photosketcher. It lets you turn a photo into art. Like line art and stuff. Free no strings attached. You can donate if you like. Anyway, it might be of some use to you. I have an example I've done. The 1st one is the photo and the 2nd one is after made into art.
