Conditioning Assignment
Something to be used for the signing of Free Agents after the season starts so you can get them in "Game Shape" prior to inserting them directly into the lineup.
This would make signing a free agent after compensation comes off a little more palatable and gets them in shape.
Could be modeled after the Rehab Assignment feature
