Each instance of the game has a data path which can be customized. Your league folder ie My league.lg must be in the proper spot so that OOTP can read all the files it needs.

Once you've established the data path on your other computer just copy from dropbox and overwrite the existing *.lg file. Do you use a zip file utility like 7z? It makes it very easy.
