You could also use Paint Shop Pro from
Jasc Software, which they sell for $84 online, or $93 in a box. It's very full-featured, probably the equal of Photoshop Elements, if not better (although I don't know Elements at all). I
believe that Teflon uses PSP...he did his completely-from-scratch park using it...see
this thread.
Best thing about PSP is that you can download a 30-day trial (fully functional) for free.
