A few questions: Is Lou Brock the player featured on this image?
I never heard of Brock working for the Expos. Any explanation?
Of course Lou (with the Cardinals) was the first player ever to bat in a regular-season major league game in Canada, when Montreal hosted its first game on April 14, 1969 at Parc Jarry.
The only info I could find on the Internet was that Brock wore an Expos uni for Old Timers functions. Lot 113. Lou Brock St. Cloud Rox, Montreal Expos and "Brock" Jerseys ~ The Lou Brock Collection < Sports < Fall 2014 - Lelands
Any information will be appreciated. Thanks!

Sure looks like Lou Brock to me.
The Expos hired Lou Brock as a
spring training baserunning coach in 1993. Not sure how long he did that. Lou Brock Jr. had had a tryout with Montreal in 1982, so it would certainly seem there was a relationship between Brock and the Expos.
You see players brought in in such capacities often in the spring. Maury Wills was a baserunning coach for the Mets one year, so, on rare occasion, you'll see a photo of Maury in Mets finery. They hired Jesse Owens for a similar position in 1965.
