A, with that arm, shouldn't be anywhere but LF and his rating there looks quite good. I doubt he'd hurt you tremendously.
The problem I see is that you don't have someone who's a true CF. Player C, to me, is your best bet. He's average there and has an above-average arm.
Maybe use Spring Training to force-start Player B there for a period of time to see if he gets any rating?

That's how I played them last season with my ALCS-winning Orioles team, but players A & B both missed considerable playing time with injuries, so I never had a consistent outfield.
I'm probably going to force player C in at CF in spring training and player B in at RF. C played CF for much of last season, but ended up taking over LF for about 40 games or so when A went down with an injury and I think that may have hampered his development there.
