I've been watching all the games that I watch (that is, don't sim) in 3D as well.

I do wonder, though, when the 3D rendering differs from the text, which is "right" in terms of what the engine is simulating.

It still has glitches: The 1B sometimes moves in before the pitch arrives to grab a ball hit that way, the P or C sometimes run down a ball that by the 3D rendering should be a chance for the 2B or SS (and the batter, even if fast, runs super-slow to first because the calculations show he was thrown out and it has to give the P or C time to run down the ball in short center), and sometimes I see an IF run away from the ball because I guess he was calculated as missing it. So...it still needs improvements, but will be truly great by next year if the pace of the improvements continues at the rate it has.

I still find it worth using because, much more often than the glitches, I see if a ball was hit into a shift and thus turned into an out, or away from a shift and thus became a hit, or if there probably should have been a shift when there was none because it looks like a shift would have reached a ball that gets through. It had to reach a point where the benefits outweighed the glitches, and for me it has.
